Did you know that due to the cost of importing ingredients, product prices differ greatly between Lush UK and other countries?
And for US customers, did you know that unlike other Lush conquered nations, there are not only price differences between Lush
UK and Lush North America, but also within Lush North America? Depending on what you're interested in purchasing, a trip to an
American store may be cheaper than ordering online. On the other hand, it can sometimes actually be more expensive than mail
order, even with the additional cost of shipping. For larger orders, it may even be more cost effective to order from Lush UK.
Hence, for your convenience, we've created spreadsheets for Lush's international customers -- updated with the latest products,
prices, shipping specials, and promotions on the 1st of every month -- in the hope that this will aid you in getting the biggest bang
from your Lush dollar.
Simply add product quantities and fees for your preferred shipping option per our provided rate charts and everything else is done
for you!
Use it to prepare wish lists, to figure out which products are available in one country but not another, or to work within a specific
budget (should you have that kind of discipline -- bless those who do!)
Additionally, for those leading so called group orders (combining several peoples' orders into one large order to save on shipping
fees -- or better yet, to just do your mates a favour because you live near a LUSH store and they don't), we've even included an
invoicing feature for each person ordering with you. No more adding products, prices, and converting from sterling pounds to
dollars for overseas group orders! Woo hoo!
HELPFUL INFORMATION:
All cells on the spreadsheet (bar the ones you're supposed to fill in) have been locked and protected so that you don't risk
accidentally fudging up a much needed formula!
EXCHANGE RATES: Our British sterling to American and Australian dollar exchange rates are taken on the first day of every
month. But because exchange rates fluctuate on a daily basis, I've left cell E11 on both the Lush sheet (Sheet 1), and the B Never
Too Busy To Be Beautiful sheet (Sheet 2, accessible via a tab at the bottom of your screen) unlocked so that you can adjust the
exchange rate as you wish. Simply punch in the new exchange rate in cell E11, and it will automatically apply to the entire sheet's
calculations for your convenience.
LUSH PRODUCT LISTING: Because Lush products are not consistently listed under the same category names in all countries,
we've listed all products alphabetically for you. No products are alphabetized based on words such as "the" or "a". (For
example, "The Comforter Bubble Bar" would be listed under "C".)
B PRODUCT LISTING: Because Lush UK now offers you the ability to purchase both Lush and B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful
products in a single order, I've added all of B's products and prices on Sheet 2 (a tab for which can be found at the bottom of your
spreadsheet's screen). The B product list has been listed according to product category for easy finding. Simply enter the
quantities of B products you would like to purchase, and the total quantity, price, and shipping weight for your B order will
automatically be added to your Lush order on Sheet 1. (Likewise, any products you wish to purchase from Lush will be added to
the totals on the B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful sheet.)
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Some products are available in one country, but not in another country. Additionally, some products are
still available in US Stores but not via Lush NA Mail Order. Where a product is unavailable for purchase, you will see "n/a" listed
on its line. Mind you, however, that though Bio Fresh products and prices have been included for those using the spreadsheet to
calculate their personal in-store shopping lists, Bio Fresh is not available via Mail Order to US customers!
MINI WORKSHEET FOR TAXES & SHIPPING: After you enter the quantities of each item you'd like to purchase, all of the various
totals will be automatically generated for you. In the Mini Worksheet located at the end of the Lush sheet, simply enter your state
tax percentage (required only for US Store purchase totals, with the actual dollar amount automatically being calculated for you)
and your shipping costs from the Shipping Chart to the left based on the calculated total weight of your order and which shipping
method you prefer. Everything else will be calculated for you. Product quantities, state sales tax percentage (for in-store
purchases only), and shipping fees: there is nothing else you need to enter on this sheet! All other work is done for you! Sheet 1's
worksheet includes a comparison of Lush UK, Lush NA Mail Order, and Lush US Store totals. If you are ordering from Lush UK,
feel free to instead use the Lush UK Only Worksheet at the bottom of Sheet 2.
GROUP ORDER INVOICES: In the left column, you can enter your group's nickname (e.g: "Jane's Lush UK Group Order"), the
individual group member's name, email address, shipping address, payment details, and any other special notes. In the right
hand column, simply enter your group's total shipping fees and shipping weight. The per gram shipping rate will be calculated for
you, as will this individual group member's share of the total shipping fees.
If using the Lush NA or Lush AU inclusive Group Order Invoice on Sheet 1, you will have to enter their total product price as
generated for you in the Mini Worksheet above, based on where your group will be ordering from. If your group is ordering from
Lush UK, you can instead use the Group Order Invoice located at the bottom of Sheet 2 for your convenience. The Lush UK Mail
Order Only Group Order Invoice will automatically convert and generate this individual's total product cost for you.
FOR GROUP ORDER LEADERS, SOME ADVICE TO HELP YOU GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS SPREADSHEET:
1) Open a folder on your computer to house all of your group order documents. In here, you can not only save this spreadsheet,
but also copies of emails, PMs, etcetera for easy reference.
2) Save a copy of this spreadsheet under the file name "TOTAL GROUP ORDER". As people send you their orders one by one,
simply adjust the product quantities column accordingly. All other information will be calculated for you.
3) Additionally, as orders come in, you can also save individual spreadsheets for each person's order by simply marking the
product quantities accordingly, and saving individual spreadsheets under each member's name. At the bottom of each person's
spreadsheet, simply fill in their name, email address, shipping address, and payment details on the enclosed invoice slip for your
reference.
4) Once the deadline has passed for people to submit their orders to you, scroll down to the Mini Worksheet on your TOTAL
GROUP ORDER spreadsheet, and fill in the Lush shipping fees for your entire order based on the Shipping Cart to the left.
5) This total can be added to the Group Order Invoice on each person's individual spreadsheet. Their share of the shipping will be
automatically generated for you.
6) Once their Invoice has been filled in (including any additional shipping fees or insurance fees required to send them their
individual orders), you can either send them a copy of their spreadsheet via email so that they can see their totals (and how much
money you've saved them!) or you can simply screen capture the invoice itself and email it to them as an uneditable image file.
7) Now you simply wait to receive their payment! All the other work has been done for you!
